In this concise book Olivia Church has offered the limited information available on Idunn, including those less well known sources, in an understandable manner, to deliver a broader understanding of this Goddess.

The author then goes on to demonstrate Idunn’s relevance to us today, suggesting ways in which to work with Her. 

There are explanations of how to undertake a Blót, as well as personal experiences on how to build our own individual devotional practice, suggestions of offerings and connections that can be forged.

This book is both scholarly and experiential, with resources and extensive bibliography to enable the reader to deepen their knowledge.
