This book is a guide for conscious rewilding, it is based on the authors experience and provides the reader with not only a personal experiential handbook, but also a manual to enable them to run such a workshop or retreat, if they should so wish.

Contained within these pages are extensive ideas and exercises for expanding our own thoughts and practices.   These include the building of trust and how to express of our personal creativity.  There are exercises to encourage the reader to examine interactions with everything around us to become aware of how our choices create ripple which can affect the world.  Also included are what may be considered traditional methods, such as storytelling, which is becoming ever more popular as a means to expand our consciousness and share information and experiences.

This book is a useful guidebook for anyone who cares about their quality of life and is concerned about the effect we are having on the Earth.
