Coconut oil is very useful for the making of ointments, balms where we can then not only heal physical wounds, but coconut strengthens our confidence and inner resolve. Coconut can also heighten sexual allure.
Coconut oil is also a wonderful body moisturiser and massage oil – after a shower or bath, especially so after exfoliating. It leaves the skin silky smooth, and healthy. You can also try melting coconut oil and mix it thoroughly with pure aloe gel to make a wonderful light face moisturiser.

Baked Salmon with Coconut Crust
Four 4 ounce salmon fillets, skin removed1 tablespoon lime or lemon juice½ cup Panko or other type bread crumbs. (Panko preferred)¼ cup flakes sweetened coconutSalt and freshly ground pepper to taste. Cooking spray Directions:Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place salmon fillets on a non-stick baking pan. Brush juice on salmon. In a shallow dish, combine panko, coconut, salt and pepper. Dredge each salmon fillet in the mixture and return them to baking dish. Spread leftover bread crumbs on top of each fillet and then drizzle a bit of melted butter on each fillet as well. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes. If desired, put under broiler until crust is golden brown.
