Make a mini maypole for your altar.
You will need:
A dowel rod or simply a straight piece of twig from a tree branch - not too big.
Something to stand it up in - candle holder for example.
Coloured lengths of ribbon.
Glue or a drawing pin to attach the ribbons at the top of your stick.
Weave or braid the ribbons around the stick in a pattern, focus on your intent for this season - this can be quite meditative. This can also be made in ritual..
