Setting notifications
You have complete control over what notifications you receive into your inbox and how often, here's how you do it
Log into the groups website
Click on the arrow beside your name at the top of the page
You will get a drop down menu
Click on 'profile'
A new menu will appear
Select 'settings'
From there you can decide what notifications you receive and when
