As many of you will know, sometime ago one of our fab students suggested creating a Kitchen Witch incense. We decided it would be a great idea for a competition, and we got fantastic submissions, which made choosing extremely difficult!
However, one did stand out for us all, and as you also know from the announcement, the winning blend was the creation of Maria.

This is Maria’s recipe, followed by my list of the correspondences for the ingredients, there is also a YouTube link to this blog at the end.
Tbs of resin -Frankincense
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Nutmeg
Half tsp of cloves or 1-2 whole cloves crushed.
1-2 Cardamon pods lightly crushed and a teaspoon of rosemary just to add a bit of sweetness to it.
Correspondences
Frankincense - luck, abundance, protection, purification, love, consecration, spirituality, relaxation, enlightenment, inspiration, introspection, spirituality, exorcism.
Cinnamon - healing, protection, love, spirituality, passion, success, power, focus, psychic powers, changes.
Nutmeg - money, health, protection, loyalty, good luck, health.
Cloves – love, abundance, clarity, protection, empathy, healing, memory, repels negativity, anti-gossip, friendship, stress relief, truth.
Cardamon – love, passion, clarity, uplifting, protection, to sweeten your words and speech, charm enhancing, stimulating, lust.
Rosemary - purification, all-heal, protection, purification, love, lust, memory, mental clarity, aids sleep, exorcism.
